Characteristic

The fully automatic nail sticking machine consists of four parts: vacuum
paper feeding section, glue folding section, nail box section and counting
stacking output section. Digital display control, PCL computer amplitude
modulation, dual frequency conversion synchronous operation, simple, fast,
reliable and precise control mode (order can be stored). Automatic paper feeding,
automatic glue folding, automatic counting, automatic stacking output, average
sticking box speed of 150 meters / minute, nail box speed of 600 nails / minute,
high speed and energy saving, saving labor costs, are our highest pursuit.

Function introduction

*Feeding part :
1. It adopts the suction paper feeding method at the leading edge of the belt,
which is accurate and reliable.
2. The high-end electromagnetic clutch and electromagnetic brake system are
adopted, so that the paper feeding section can be controlled independently, and
the operation is simple and reliable.
3. The height of the press roller is adjustable, suitable for cardboard thickness of
2-8mm.
4, linkage with the folding section, frequency conversion speed regulation, paper
feed speed 0-180m / min.
5. The paper feeding section, the front and side baffles can be adjusted
electrically from left to right, and the paper tray can be adjusted from front to back.
(Manual adjustment and electric adjustment are optional)
*Folding gluing part:
1. The host adopts variable frequency speed regulation, the system has no noise,
flexible speed regulation and stability.
2. Imported high-friction belts are used to convey cardboard, and they are
automatically stacked.
3. Adopt stainless steel wheel for glue coating, even glue volume, no obstacle,
and save glue.
4. The folding section is equipped with a cardboard correction device and an
indentation correction device.
5. Folding speed: 0--180m / min.
*Counting and stacking part:
1. It adopts PLC programming controller and touch screen digital control, which
is easy to operate, reliable and non-stop input data, automatic counting,
automatic stacking, and neat output.
2. The main motor of the counting department is frequency-converted, the speed
is adjustable, and the startup is stable and reliable.
3. The carton is conveyed by belt, the stacking is neat, and the speed is 0-180m /
min.
4. Use a clap board to hit the carton, which has the function of correcting
deviations and has small deviation.
5. Counting and exiting adopt pneumatic method, PLC point control, reliable
action, accurate and fast.
6. The output section adopts the synchronous pressing method of the bottom
conveyor belt and the upper pressing belt to make the finished carton sticky and
neat without misalignment. Stacking height 5--20 sheets.
7.The pressing belt device on the upper part of the technical stacking section can
be adjusted up and down electrically.
Stitching part :
1. Japan Yaskawa or Mitsubishi original imported dual servo drive, accurate
accuracy, reduced mechanical transmission, can effectively reduce the failure
rate of the machine.
2. Touch screen operation, the parameters (stitch distance, number of nails,
order, rear bezel) can be changed quickly and easily.
3. The whole control system adopts Omron PLC control system.
4. The rear electric baffle is driven by a stepping motor, which is accurate in
size and convenient to change the size.
5. All contactors in the control box adopt the German Siemens brand.
6. Optoelectronics and proximity switches use the Schneider brand.
7. Bottom mold, blade made of Japanese tungsten steel (wear-resistant).
8. The entire set of bezels are made of special steel and precision processed
by computer gongs.
9. Single nails, double nails, and reinforced nails (// / / //, double nails at both
ends are single nails in the middle) can be completed at one time, which can
meet different customer requirements for different nail types. The back section
has an automatic counting function, and the finished product can be sent to the
end of the conveying machine in stacks according to the set number (1-99),
which is convenient for packing and bundling.

11. Nail pitch: 30-120mm can be adjusted arbitrarily.
