High precision bevel gear,adopt 20CrMnTi quality steel, carburizing quenching, fine grinded gear,transmission gear of high strength, good wear resistance, low noise, longtime ensure the machine rotation precision.Lubrication adopt closed type spray lubrication system, to ensure transmission accuracy and use-life.

Feeding Unit
1. Lead-edge suction feeding system, easy operation, high accuracy.(adopts lead feeder system).
2. Skip-feeding devices, could select skip-feeding according to needs. To ensure that large-scale cardboard can also be processed.
3. Install 7” touch screen, could automatically display the production quantity, production speed, and set the production quantity and every operating.
4. Adopt brush cleaning device, equipped with strong Negative pressure suction fan, clearing the dust, paper scrap or other waste, to improve printing quality.
Printing Unit
1. Printing roller
1. Outer diameter: Ø408.4(incl. edition),seamless steel pipe, with surface grinding, hard chrome plating.
2. Printing roller made of high quality steel, with surface grinding and hard chrome plating.
3. Dynamic balancing correction, stable operation.
4. Ratchet wheel fixed rolled shaft.
5. Install & uninstall printing edition controlled by electric.
2. Printing pressing roller
1. Seamless steel pipe, with surface grinding, hard chrome plating.
2. Dynamic balancing correction, stable operation.
3. Automatic locking on adjustment of pressing roller space, adjust scope is 0-11mm.
4. Automatic return to zero device, decrease the paper waste.
3. Anilox roller :
1. With surface grinding on the steel pipe,pressing checkered, chrome plating.

3. Cooperated with pneumatic lifting device.
Slotting Unit
1. Single-axle double-knife slotter,use Internal tooth structure adjutment the height of box.So that oil does not easily contaminated cartons
2. The first pressure line round,after preloading cardboard not easily crush.Slotting phase and box height, computer and electric digital control.
3. Preload,creasing gap adjustment adopt mechanical control.The slotter knife stock gap adjustment adopt self-locking structure.
4. The slotter knife adopt postive or Anti-knife manner(optional).
5. Computer automatic arrange knife,can stockpile 999 memories.
Die Cutting Unit
1. Rubber roller mechanical spiral commutation 40mm move about horizontal structure.
2. Die-cutter phase, computer and electric digital control.
